MCA Member OEE Consulting has merged with gobeyond to form Gobeyond Partners.
OEE Consulting and gobeyond have combined their strengths to form a powerful new business, named Gobeyond Partners.
The business builds on 20 years of experience and expertise, with a dynamic new approach; combining award-winning consulting and training, innovative technology and next-generation managed services.
OEE Consulting joined the MCA in 2016 and was awarded the 2018 MCA Award for Client Service and Value, as well as being highly recommended for the 2019 MCA Award for people. Mark Palmer, CEO, sits on the MCA Board, Robin Harrison, Marketing Director, is on the membership committee, and the business is actively involved in a number of forums such as the Young MCA.
At the heart of Gobeyond Partners is a focus on working collaboratively with colleagues and clients to reimagine the services which organisations deliver, and how they deliver them. Whether it’s operations strategy, data analytics, or digital transformation – by viewing change through a more human lens, the new business will aim to deliver a lasting positive impact for clients and their customers. This approach is known as Human Experience, or HX.
With broad expertise across a number of sectors including deep specialism in insurance, banking, high-tech outsourcing, retail and travel & transport, the business is headquartered in Oxford, UK, with additional sites in Sheffield and Liverpool, alongside a global, multilingual delivery capability.
