People management software company, BrightHR, has joined the Management Consultancies Association’s (MCA) Associate Membership Scheme.
BrightHR is a cloud based HR software company blazing a trail for highly engaging workplace cultures. With BrightHR SMEs can effortlessly implement HR admin processes, and get specialist knowledge on topics ranging from employment law to happiness.
BrightHR has created a Partner Programme to help business and management consultants build relationships with their clients. The programme is free to join and provides consultants with a free subscription to BrightHR and access, via an online portal, to a range of learning resources, training materials and engaging content that they can share with clients.
Companies which support the objectives of the MCA and the management consulting industry in the UK can apply to become associate members.
The membership follows BrightHR’s launch and the publication of its A Future That Works report. Produced alongside world leading experts, the report reveals what the future of work will look like and how technology will impact emerging trends.
100 business and management consultants were surveyed and, 83 per cent revealed the world of work will change to such an extent that their clients’ or future clients’ current HR capabilities and systems will be insufficient or outdated five years from now.
Paul Harris, Co-Founder & CMO from BrightHR commented:
“We are proud to be working with the MCA, it is great to have the opportunity to share our expertise with this sector. Management consultants are a key audience for BrightHR and we believe that to grow and prosper, this sector must embrace new trends, strategies and technologies.
“Our survey confirmed that 87 per cent of consultants believe it would be of value to clients for them to recommend HR solutions for their business, but only 6 per cent currently do so. We therefore produced a report to help our partners, such as business and management consultants, understand the challenges of the future and arm them with insights so they can benefit from the disruption and capitalise on the opportunities ahead for them and their clients.”
As an associate member, BrightHR will attend MCA events and share relevant content with member companies in the form of white papers and special briefings via the MCA’s communication channels.
Alan Leaman, Chief Executive of the MCA added:
“We’re delighted that BrightHR has joined the MCA’s Associate Membership Scheme. As HR experts, we’re looking forward to hearing their advice and insights throughout our membership network.”
