The Management Consultancies Association is delighted to announce that Decision Technology (Dectech) is the latest management consulting firm to join the Association.
Dectech specialises in helping businesses and policymakers understand and manage customer decision-making, from acquisition through to retention and including all points in-between. Dectech differentiates itself by its behavioural, experimental, and statistical approach. The firm’s insight combines features of the traditional strategy consultancy with the skills of a research agency – delivering financial analysis and business advice alongside field research and customer insights.
