The inclusive digital workplace


DWG’s new research report ‘The Inclusive Digital Workplace: 2’ is the second part of a three-report series that looks at the important topic of supporting inclusivity across the digital workplace and focuses on forging digital ethics.

Digital ethics has increasingly become an important factor in the digital workplace, particularly as what we can achieve with new technologies such as artificial intelligence increases, with the potential to fundamentally change the way we work.

In the report DWG looks first at the nature of ethics and how a dedicated digital strain has emerged. They then turn to how digital workplace practitioners can start to fold in an ethical approach to their work, before finishing with an interview with two Internal Communications experts from Comcast about how they are taking an ethical, inclusive approach in their digital workplace.
