Employee value proposition (EVP) plays a critical role in enabling an organisation to stand out against competitors, as well as attract and retain the best talent. The delta is the most important part of truly understanding the value of an organisation’s EVP.

EVP is defined as the promise that employers make to prospective and existing employees and how that promise is being authentically delivered. Measuring the strength of an organisation’s EVP relies on understanding the delta, which is the gap between what an organisation promises and what is actually experienced by employees.
