Daniel Harvey, BearingPoint

Daniel is a consultant at BearingPoint within the Operations team. Having worked within the Consulting industry for a number of years, Daniel has built a wealth of experience across a range of projects and clients, and now leads teams on some of the largest of BearingPoint’s Operations projects in the UK.  

When Daniel is working with clients, he ensures he goes above and beyond to consistently provide solutions to complex problems, delivering meaningful change within many organisations. Daniel has a naturally empathetic approach to all working and personal encountersprovoking honest discussions both internally and with clients. This style results in strong relationships and adds to the strength of both internal and client project results. Daniel’s enthusiasm has also seen him develop an internal global initiative to ensure the sharing of best practice methodologies across the Operations practice, resulting in a collaborative project, working with colleagues across the BearingPoint geography.  

Daniel’s passion for people shines through in all that he does, and he strives to ensure that those on his team become more impactful versions of themselves. Daniel is also committed to supporting the wider community, and has raised over £10,000 for charity by taking on the Ironman® challenge. He was also only male ally to attend a ‘Women in Transport’ event. 

Daniel holds a unique perception on what ‘achievement’ means – viewing it as something which delivers value for others. His achievements through the duration of his career act as proof to this, delivering significant impact to his peers, teams, and clients.
