Young Consultant of the Year Finalist 2019
Leonie is a senior consultant in EY’s Performance Improvement practice.
Her passion for work and expertise has enabled her to quickly progress within the firm, being awarded the Life Sciences “High Performance” award for three consecutive years.
Leonie has exceeded expectations by leading one of the firm’s most impactful projects, successfully managing a global team for a FTSE100 client across six countries. Leonie’s hard work, flexibility and appreciation of cultural barriers enabled her to build a high performing and engaged team, whilst through her leadership she was able to convince a board to support the release of >$10million to improve patient access to respiratory solutions.
Leonie has been instrumental to the development of EY’s Health Outcomes platform which is transforming the way in which patients access medicines and payers/pharmaceutical companies both focus on achieving real health outcomes. Leonie has brought creativity and innovation to the design of new frameworks, and diligently translated this into a functioning system which is now one of EY’s proprietary tools. The solution would not have gone to market in the time frame achieved without her direct efforts.
Finally, Leonie is an integral and respected community member. She is an active mentor to numerous youths in London and was selected to sit on the Advisory Leadership Committee, due to her continued efforts to champion the voices of those less heard. She has been continually called out as a strategic talent by EY leadership and her passion for consulting has made a lasting impression on the firm.
