Rebecca Samuel is a Consulting Manager for GE Healthcare Partners and has over 25 years of experience in healthcare management with the last 19 years working as a healthcare consultant and project manager in the United States, Ireland, Malaysia and United Arab Emirates. The focus of her career has been assisting hospitals with health system development through strategic design and alignment, service line expansion, medical staff recruitment/development and revenue enhancement both as a hospital senior executive and a healthcare consultant. Throughout her career, Rebecca has developed high performing, multi-disciplinary teams to deliver projects both at the hospital level and within consulting teams with a successful track record of being on time, on budget and achieving if not exceeding client satisfaction. She has particular experience in effectively engaging with multi-cultural teams to drive performance and achieve results while also achieving a high level of team member satisfaction.
