In fact, Simon has become such a pivotal figure in E.ON’s business that he was asked by the client to head up its massive Managed Communications Services (MCS) transformation programme. It’s a measure of the trust Simon’s clients place in his leadership abilities that he’s relied on to make autonomous decisions on day-to-day programme delivery – a remarkable responsibility for an external consultant.
