Samuel is an Analyst with over three years’ experience in delivering large-scale digital transformation solutions for clients within the financial services industry. Samuel joined Deloitte through the BrightStart Programme as an Analyst in Testing Services after completing his A Levels.
He is the only BrightStart in his department to appear in several tabloid newspapers, increasing the awareness of alternatives to university and the benefits of kick-starting a career without a degree. Samuel has a passion for helping young people to understand all their options after completing A Levels and has already become known as a champion for diversity.
He is also a Diamond Ambassador for the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award, through which he has had the opportunity to share his story and inspire hundreds of young people. Samuel is passionate about social mobility and diversity in the workplace. He spoke on the panel at an annual ‘Access Accountancy’ event, a voluntary social–mobility initiative driven by professional bodies and firms across the UK accountancy profession.
