Elliott’s growing specialism is improving outcomes for customers. Elliott has surpassed expectations on improving how customer journeys are managed, reducing complaints and improving response times, all whilst ensuring cost pressures are managed by the businesses with which he’s working.
Over three years, he’s undertaken his own change journey, now leading on client engagements and taking responsibility for the development of Junior Consultants on projects. He’s relished sharing knowledge and expertise through white papers and blogs, exploring the synergies between Customer Experience and Operational Excellence.
