In just three years Andy has built and led a thriving company (Continuate), negotiated partnerships with market leading vendors and delivered a wide range of complex finance transfromation projects. His cross industry background gained from big 4 and in house roles enables him to attract global organisations across a variety of industries who trust Continuate to deliver their goals.
Andy’s holistic approach sees him spending time across the full cycle of work, from origination to delivery (most often as programme lead). The ingredients to a successful project require fine balance and careful monitoring; developing a skilled team of consultants to provide a foundation of expert programme delivery, and ensuring the needs of the client are understood during the sales cycle and monitored and met (if not exceeded) during delivery.
