Despite being a small consultancy without wide brand recognition, we build our growing client base on reputation and referrals by exceeding client expectations.
We have successfully delivered major programs across various industries, including healthcare and retail, in both public and private sectors. We partnered with a FTSE 250 retailer, to support their digital innovation journey. We established an IT Delivery function, set up PMO services, and provided Project and Programme Management for the phased transition of a newly acquired company.
Our three-year partnership with a local authority showcases our ability to deliver exceptional client value, playing a pivotal role in a multi-billion major capital programme. We conducted PMO assessments, set up governance structures, supported project delivery, and implemented the Monday.com platform, significantly enhancing operational efficiency and project delivery capabilities.
Our ongoing work with a leading healthcare partner further demonstrates our commitment to client success. Following their de-merger, we developed a best-practice M&A playbook to standardise their acquisition process. Collaborating closely with the client’s internal experts and Leadership team, we created a user-friendly and maintainable playbook, providing a consistent and strategic framework for future acquisitions.
Internally, we have implemented several tools and processes to ensure effective delivery of internal operations. Leveraging our team’s extensive experience in global consultancies, we tailored proven core structures to our current size and scale.
We employ robust commercial processes, tracking sales opportunities in a centralised pipeline to inform scheduling and workforce planning. We maintain a case study database of all client projects, encouraging teams to contribute and utilise it for client conversations and project achievement records. To ensure consistent client delivery and professional standards, we run a mandatory “consulting behaviours” internal training course for all employees.
Our growth journey has been strong and consistent, with a recently launched three-year growth program aiming to double our headcount and annual revenue by December 2027. All core functions are oriented towards this purpose, categorised into Commercial, Propositions, Culture, and People Operations. Progress is tracked on a quarterly dashboard, reviewed at regular board meetings, and cascaded to the whole company.
