Team Leader Consultant of the Year
A core belief drives Devika Vakil’s approach in her role as a Management Consultant at EY – that is, leadership is a mindset and set of behaviours rather than a title bestowed. Among her successes, she has delivered a co-innovation project with a large team to develop the first sustainability certificate generation app for a petrochemical business. She is also recognised as an inspirational leader and consultant through her nominations for TechWomen100, Future Leaders Programme (World Energy Council) and EY International Women’s Day Awards. Devika is also behind EY’s EnergyEY Connected initiative, designed to keep consultants updated on key energy sector topics.
