Fiona is a Senior Management Consultant in IBM, focusing on delivery in the AI and Analytics practice. She is also a people manager, and a people-champion within the Financial Services industry.
Fiona primarily focuses on delivering AI technology solutions to banks and building societies across the UK. This has included critical deliveries during the COVID-19 pandemic, delivering Virtual Assistant technology when contact centres struggled more than ever before.
Fiona’s passion is people. She knows first-hand the difference your colleagues can make, not just to working life but also to your personal life, so she is focused on being a role model to help encourage a collaborative, safe and respectful working environment within her practice.
Fiona is passionate about building long-lasting and trusting relationships with her clients and with her teams. She builds a collaborative approach which gets the very best out of people, motivating and encouraging her team members daily, ensuring her teams deliver to the best of their abilities but also have fun along the way.
Fiona’s ambition is to upskill the next generation of AI leaders within IBM and is heavily involved in recruitment activities to help recruit new talent, both graduates and experienced hires. She sees the future AI will have across industries and is excited to see how technology will transform industries in coming years.
