Specialising in Transformation and dedicating her efforts to the Public Sector, she is well-known for her expertise and knowledge in supporting Government organisations through complex change. She consistently demonstrates exceptional programme delivery, with an outstanding sales and business development record. She is renowned for her impressive client success stories, and her commitment to improving workplace culture, her ability to develop high-performing teams, and her approach building strong, lasting stakeholder relationships.
She is thrilled and honoured to be one of the first female Chartered Management Consultants and is a champion for the award having supported its development and roll-out in 2019.
