Technology Consultant of the Year
Mandip is an Associate Director, with 14 years’ experience in technology consulting. She applies customer-centric thinking and brings innovative ideas to clients through a deep understanding of technology and human behaviour. She builds teams around her to develop radical concepts into compelling propositions. On numerous client engagements, Mandip has entered as the sole consultant, and grown Cognizant’s footprint through building a strong personal reputation and brand, quickly making an essential contribution to her projects. Her positivity, passion and drive are reflected through her contribution to sales development, delivery excellence and mentoring teams.
Known for her leadership talent and impressive networking capabilities, she has a true growth mindset, proactively connecting people globally. She inspires people to challenge the status quo and reassess how technology can impact future business models. She has made a significant impact for her clients in Life Sciences, at a time when they are working under immense pressure, owing to COVID-19.
On recent projects she has advised clients on customer value through omnichannel engagements, designed product centric operating models, led teams to find substantial cost savings without impacting jobs and driven decisions to significantly reduce the cost to serve customers.
Mandip gives back to the community through volunteer programmes, has led a Women’s Empowerment programme (recently shortlisted for womenintech100); was the youngest candidate selected for Cognizant’s Women Leaders Programme, worked with children to re-think how technology will impact future generations; and has been a panel member at Birmingham University, inspiring MBA students to consider a career in consulting.
