Matthew leads the housing team at Inner Circle Consulting, where he is committed to finding and implementing solutions to the housing crisis. He supports councils to play a leading role in better meeting the housing needs of local communities through housing strategies, planning policies, delivery structures and council-led housing projects. Matthew’s background is in leading the development phase of complex and sensitive projects, programmes and strategies, including major development projects, estate renewal programmes, masterplans, joint ventures, regeneration strategies, public realm schemes and planning frameworks.
