Throughout his career, Rob has led the transformation of organisations, and shaped organisational culture and structure – enabling leadership to tackle strategic challenges.

Developing his career through organisational development Rob joined Crossrail as the head of organisational effectiveness, helping drive cultural change, performance and increase capability. Taking lessons learned from Crossrail he then joined HS2 as the capability development director leading a team delivering a pan organisation transformation programme.

Moving from client side to consultant, Rob joined Arup in 2018 to bring his leadership and capability across complex organisations and change and culture to support in the delivery of successful outcomes for clients on the transformation journey. He is building understanding, capability, and processes within the team, growing and developing Arup’s capability in this space.

As a consultant, he always strives to deliver work that he would want to receive himself. He is aware of what it’s like to be accountable and deliver. He always puts himself in his client’s shoes to think, how would I get through to the board? How would I lead this change? How can I help guide and walk my client through the changes required? How do we ensure we get the outcomes we need and deliver results?
