Sarah is an experienced Test & Quality Engineering Consultant, who has delivered complex global transformation programmes specialising in Software Testing, Quality Engineering and Process Improvements spanning a career of 25 years across multiple industries, roles including Head of Test/QA and Programme Test Manager whilst managing teams of 50 – 100 people.
Sarah has used her years of experience with her team to deliver quality solutions and has driven test automation at a rate of change of delivery into production service with no significant issues, with the latest programme having over 200 releases in 9 months driving this level of quality ensured delivery capability, focusing on ‘shift left’ approach to “Test Early”, “Test Less”.
Sarah is a subject matter expert in her field, specialising in implementing Test Policy and Strategies, evaluating current state, test innovation, test consultancy, test management driving quality assurance standards, governance, controls and processes at organisation and project level. She has driven significant test best practice process improvements to clients’ satisfaction by managing on- and off-shore test models with partnership with multiple organisations.
Sarah has strong interpersonal leadership skills, a driven self-starter and team player who provides good leadership demonstrating attention to detail and ability to demonstrate the larger picture. She is adept at building relationships with stakeholders all levels within all organisations with extensive experience in presentation, negotiation, and conflict management, including coaching / mentoring skills and able to improve team morale. The client feedback is very good as she drives to an outcome for the business.
