As a dynamic and accomplished Business Transformation Consultant within IBM Consulting’s Energy team, Georgia believes now is the time to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions for her clients who are critical to the UK’s Net-Zero journey.
Georgia is an enthusiastic individual, with a natural ability to connect with people and build trusted relationships at all levels, promoting a ‘one team’ ethos which translates into successful outcomes. She strives to support, motivate, and challenge those around her, becoming a mentor for colleagues and externally via an outreach programme for aspiring consultants from disadvantaged and minority backgrounds.
In her career, Georgia has worked with some of the largest energy players, taking ownership and delivering complex programmes on time. A recent achievement includes leading a large Contact Centre Transformation for a leading UK energy provider, helping her clients navigate the complexities of centralising core processes across six business units whilst moving away from a legacy platform within tight timelines. Georgia adapted a proprietary IBM approach, leveraging existing methods and assets to rapidly deliver capabilities that improved operational efficiency for end-users which contributed to the smoothest roll-out in the client’s history.
At a critical time for the energy sector, Georgia’s consulting style and enthusiasm for harnessing the power of people and modern methods is redefining how we collaborate with energy clients.
