Thought Leader Consultant of the Year
As an associate director in EY People Advisory Service, Amy leads a research unit that delivers outstanding thought leadership with real-world impact, helping clients to drive high performance in leadership, learning and culture. She is the author of a globally published book on future-fit leadership and its findings are being put into practice by individuals and organisations worldwide.
Her talent for distilling complex issues in a way that is simple and compelling, while honouring the integrity of the research, makes her work exceptional. Amy and her team disrupt existing practices to deliver findings that inform client strategy and help spark behavioural change across organisations.
Amy has led commissioned projects for government agencies and major brands including Mott MacDonald, NFU Mutual, and BP. Her projects have covered topics including hybrid working, digital transformation, purpose-led leadership, harnessing diversity, the future of learning, high-performing teams, 21st Century career development and organisational culture change. However, it is her most recent research into future-fit leadership which has established her as a true thought leader.
Her debut book Ruthlessly Caring (released in 2023) is based on a five-year study and has seen her become a renowned researcher for business leadership. As a regular keynote speaker, Amy has showcased the findings at global events and conferences. Over 40 organisations have utilised the ideas and insight within their leadership development design, and her work is helping to create a generation of senior leaders who are better equipped for the future.
