Technology Consultant of the Year
Benedict works across sectors, helping his clients to achieve their strategic goals through applying technology, whether enhancing value delivered from existing systems or implementing emerging tools. He believes that successful adoption is as much about people and culture as it is about tools.
His work demonstrates that small consulting teams can have an outsized impact by delivering through their clients, coaching them to develop the skills they need to ensure sustained change. At Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, he dramatically improved their data team’s performance, helping them to truly partner with business stakeholders, increasing staff engagement by 39% and delivery velocity by 2x. At Belron, he led a team of data scientists to develop prototypes and prove the value of artificial intelligence (AI) to senior leadership, helping to put data at the heart of decision making and justifying further investment in AI.
He consistently builds close relationships with stakeholders at all levels, enabling him to facilitate constructive debate, build consensus on the path forward and become a trusted advisor to Chief Data Officers and their peers.
Having joined JCURV in 2022, Benedict has used his experience of technology strategy and implementation to not only deliver exceptional client outcomes but also inspired growth and innovation within his own organisation, challenging himself and his colleagues to continually improve JCURV’s DatagilityTM proposition.
Alongside his client work, Benedict has provided pro-bono consulting support to charities including Voice21 and actively supports Women in Data, most recently facilitating an insight session as part of their 2023 flagship event.
