As Technology People lead and UK&I Shadow Board chairperson at EY, she is driving impactful change by realising a growth strategy to triple the skilled workforce by 2026 and is helping to shape EY Consulting’s global direction. She also co-chaired EY organisation’s DE&I Board to cultivate an environment with valued differences and equitable practices. Finally, she coaches and mentors individuals and teams to aid their progression and wellbeing, advocates for females in the technology sector, and was recognised by EY organisation’s International Women’s Day Awards as being an ‘Inspiring Role Model’.
