Jess is a member of Mott MacDonald’s Strategic Advisory team. Within the first 18 months of her career Jess has created an exceptional reputation as a value-oriented and insightful consultant. She has been recognised by clients, colleagues, and industry leaders for delivering exceptional value through her consulting work.
She made a significant impact working on Heathrow Airport’s multi-billion asset management programme, developing close relationships with the programme leadership. She worked to align the outputs of projects delivered in the programme to the achievement of Heathrow’s strategic objectives, allowing for improved investment decision-making. She was selected to present on her impact and the outcomes of her work at the Institute of Asset Management UK Conference, in front of over 100 industry professionals.
Jess is an active Working Group Member of the Built Environment Connective, an industry initiative using systems thinking to deliver better outcomes within the built environment. This puts her in the regular company with industry, academic and government leaders, working to achieve meaningful and lasting change, further building her industry profile. She is proud of her contribution to this initiative, combining professional and personal passions to build a better world for people and nature.
Jess is relied upon by clients and colleagues as an inclusive and authentic communicator. Her collaborative working style, natural leadership and maturity demonstrates why she has proven herself to be an outstanding consultant. This has resulted in her quick progression within the Strategic Advisory team, recognising her impact and value to the organisation.
