Young Consultant of the Year

Naureen Rahman, a cloud FinOps leader at Capgemini Invent, began as a consultant in the emerging cloud practice two years ago. In her first project, leveraging her FinOps expertise, she delivered £14.5 million savings for UK taxpayers – a 23% reduction to cloud carbon footprint, extending her impact not just to the client but to society.
Naureen’s success earned her a promotion to senior consultant in less than 18 months – a role typically requiring more than two years of experience. She leads FinOps for a UK Government Department, and her ability to deliver measurable client value, exceptional teamwork and stakeholder management skills has driven Capgemini’s business growth, highlighting her as an outstanding young consultant.
Outside of work, Naureen enjoys Pilates and exploring her passion for food. She embraces her South Asian heritage and, often the youngest in the room, ensures her voice is heard and empowers others. Her strong sense of culture and commitment have made her a respected and influential figure in her field.
