TDP joins the MCA

The MCA is delighted to announce that TDP has recently joined the Association.

TDP is a specialist people focused organisational transformation consultancy.  With a track record going back 25 years, they are proud to name many leading business and household names as their clients. Their people are a mix of organisational transformation specialists, learning and talent experts, change management practitioners, strategists, and digital learning designers.

Ross Toomer, Managing Director commented:

“TDP are delighted to join the MCA. Our membership will only strengthen our advocacy within the consulting sector.  With a development member network, we believe we will add value to group influence, continue to understand current challenges facing our sector and learn from our peers.   By joining, our membership will allow for us to network and meet with like-minded professionals interested in the same issues, within the same sectors and to share our thoughts and ideas to progress the profession.”

Tamzen Isacsson, Chief Executive of the MCA, added:

“With the world of work changing and more people working remotely to deliver services, we are pleased to welcome experts operating within organisational transformation into the MCA membership. We hope that the opportunities to network and share best practice will enable TDP to grow alongside the wider MCA membership.”
