Mindbench and Equiteq become Associate Members of the MCA

Mindbench and Equiteq have joined the Management Consultancies Association’s Associate Membership Scheme. Only those companies which support the objectives of the MCA and the management consulting industry in the UK can apply to become associate members.

Mindbench is a specialist recruitment firm for the management consultancy sector that has worked closely with MCA member firms for many years. The consultancy provides quality senior executive search, contingency recruitment, and specialist contractor provision. Mindbench is well regarded for its extensive network, deep insights into the consultancy market, and for its ability to deliver challenging assignments within tight timeframes.

Equiteq is a leading M&A advisor for consulting firms, helping grow profits, revenues, and equity value as well as achieve a successful sale that delivers maximum value for firm owners. Equiteq recently launched Equiteq Edge, an online resource and information hub for consulting firm owners that provides analysis of market conditions, advice from those who have sold their firms and intelligence from buyers themselves.

Richard Stewart, Managing Director of Mindbench commented:

“Mindbench are delighted to continue and deepen our long term partnership with the MCA. The consultancy market in the UK has improved significantly in recent years and our work with ambitious MCA member firms – who are looking to grow – has increased accordingly.”

Paul Collins, Managing Director of Equiteq commented:

“As an organisation 100% focused on helping the consulting sector to profitably grow and sell their businesses, we are looking forward to strengthening our relationship with the MCA and its member firms as well as making available to them our unique insight and experience.  Our research shows a 6% pa. predicted growth in consulting sector M&A over the next two-three years, so there is a need for consulting firm owners to think about their growth plans.”

As associate members both organisations will attend many MCA events and share relevant content with member firms in the form of White Papers, Special Briefings and blogs via the MCA’s communication channels.

Alan Leaman, Chief Executive of the MCA added:

“We’re delighted that Equiteq and Mindbench have joined the MCA’s Associate Membership Scheme. Growing our associate members is important for our sector, as it provides member firms with a panel of experts that sit within the MCA community – and can provide instant advice on both business and employee matters.”
