I believe I am a rising star, and worthy of this award because of my unwavering commitment to delivering excellent management consulting for clients whilst striving to improve Inner Circle Consulting’s (“ICC”) business, operation, and position in the community. I work to provide our clients with assurance, progress, and am a trusted hand to deliver large-scale regeneration projects, through to small strategic advisory work. I have done this with no previous knowledge in regeneration delivery, management consulting, procurement, or business cases. I’ve overcome a steep learning curve and tenacious delivery schedule to learn to thrive, meet client expectations head on, and improve the environment around me.
I have applied this energy for clients to ICC’s own business by introducing new diversity initiatives such as the first ICC Black History Month programme and improving our social media presence and platforms. Showing leadership in my ability to ask challenging questions on their commitment to diversity and social impact. I work within every level of the team to understand the business and support its promotion and growth through an engaging, approachable style to social media.
My diverse personal and professional background brings energy and perspective to ICC. I believe I’m going to succeed both within the company and in the broader management consulting sector.
