With a passion for improving quality of life, Suzanne Lloyd has led multiple commissions and programmes for the public sector. She has positively impacted work-life balance for 70,000 government employees by reshaping working environments and colleague culture. She improved access to safe housing for tenants through improvements to the housing repair process. Through her work on a hospital transformation, she helped bring cancer services closer to patients.
Embodying a strong team ethos, Suzanne’s leadership enables the blurring of lines between her Arcadis team and the client themselves. Her commitment to transparency and clear communication ensures all colleagues share her vision, but equally are inspired by it. Suzanne is keen to develop her teams and share best practice, with her insights and knowledge reaching as far as the Cabinet Office and the European Commission.
Delivering consultancy expertise alongside an authentically inclusive and approachable demeanour, Suzanne has used her trusted advisor status to challenge the norm. She has led cross-government groups for the Ministry of Justice, supported in the design of key policy engagement events and even brought innovation to workspace transformation through a gamification platform.
