Consulting Excellence Award for Ethical Behaviour finalists

Three MCA member firms have been chosen as finalists for the Consulting Excellence award for Ethical Behaviour 2017. This award demonstrates exemplary and high standards of ethical behaviour throughout their consulting practice. These may include innovations in Corporate & Social Responsibility (CSR), outstanding practical commitments to environmental sustainability or real advances in diversity. Firms will ideally be able to demonstrate that their commitments are understood and supported by all their consultants. Winning and commended firms will have made a real and demonstrable difference to wider society.

The winners will be announced at the MCA Awards Ceremony & Dinner, held at the Park Plaza Westminster on 27 April 2017. All MCA awards are judged by an independent expert panel of judges who have experience of working in the public and private sectors, universities, consultancy or journalism.

At PwC we undertake many initiatives to ensure we promote Ethical Behaviour in all its forms. ‘Reverse mentoring’ is one of them. It is a mandatory programme that looks at pairing more junior consultants with partners or directors of a different gender of ethnicity. The aim of the programme is for the two parties to understand what the business feels like from a different perspective, challenging their view of the ‘norm’. It is a significant and insightful programme for our people, and one that is embedded in the leadership of our business.
