Chartered Management Consultant of the year
Jennifer Low is an award winning EY transformation specialist and Chartered Management Consultant. She devotes her time to two areas: i) transforming public services to improve outcomes for citizens, and ii) nurturing talent and advancing the diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) agenda in the consulting industry.
The passion she brings to her work is delivering consistent and outstanding value for her clients, where she designs and delivers high-profile, politically-sensitive, complex and time-critical transformations. By bringing together the right people, resources and data-led insights, Jennifer is able to spark innovation and achieve results that have a tangible impact. Jennifer’s work at the highest levels of Government and public services is making a lasting difference for her clients, her teams and broader society, and includes national security, social reform for vulnerable citizens and the UK’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Beyond her client work as a consultant, Jennifer is known for challenging the status quo. She is an inspirational leader and role model, driving change across DEI and especially in advancing the gender agenda. She also acts as a sponsor, mentor and coach to a number of individuals from diverse backgrounds both within EY and externally.
