Aanisa is a Change Management Consultant with over 13 years’ experience. She leads teams in complex change management projects for a variety of clients and within the global EY organisation itself, proving highly adept at fundamentally shifting how an organisation operates for the better. Her success is attributable to her leadership style, evident in the simple fact that she’s regularly asked to lead on some of the global EY organisation’s most complex programmes.
Delivering a plan might be bread and butter for most consultants. But knowing where to focus attention and drive stakeholder engagement/ buy-in is what delivers change and the associated benefits. And this is where Aanisa really stands out.
Her unique approach has enabled her to deliver change on some of global EY organisation’s most difficult and iconic transformation programmes, ranging from SAP programmes to delivering connected services and developing Global Change Management methodologies.
