Bonnie is a Director in EY People Consulting business. She works within the EY organisation and with global clients on programmes to reduce inequality, create healthier working environments and build stronger communities.

By creating communities of leaders and movements of change, Bonnie is using business as a force for good and creating a more just society. She receives consistent feedback on her high level of emotional resilience and intelligence, and a commitment to constructively confronting biases that exist both within EY and client organisations.

Bonnie’s work on EY Ripples, the firm’s global social impact programme, is driving inclusive growth. She led a large global team tasked with transforming EY organisation’s approach to corporate social responsibility. Since its launch, EY Ripples has expanded to 126 participating countries, developed a base of 22,000 impact entrepreneurs and impacted 127 million lives. 

In her work with key clients, Bonnie is delivering exemplary and impactful results to improve the working lives of tens of thousands of employees and societal change. She is helping a global consumer goods company to realise its vision of becoming a beacon of equity and a global consumer healthcare company to develop a robust and sustainable inclusion strategy.

Ultimately, Bonnie’s work is at the forefront of creating cultural change in business, inspiring the courage to lead inclusively, and tackling the systemic barriers to advancing equity in the workplace and beyond.
