Team Leader Consultant of the Year
As a business transformation consultant in the energy and resources sector, Chloe is the ‘engine room’ of any project, connecting clients and colleagues around a shared purpose. She believes that resilience is key to the success of individuals, teams and transformation projects.
She grew up seeing the value of strong communities and their link to teamwork and resilience. Her Vietnamese mother’s advice to ‘never climb a mountain without bringing people along because you won’t reach the top alone’ has proved to be inspirational, leading Chloe to a lifelong interest in what motivates people and how to help them achieve their goals and ambitions.
These foundations have helped establish Chloe as an outstanding team leader who has delivered exceptional results. She led a multi-disciplinary strategic transformation design project to improve an FTSE100 Oil & Gas client’s acquisition integration process, with results being applied across a range of existing deals. She transformed a leading global association’s finance team from a risk-based regulatory function to an innovative enabler, supporting the success of a joint venture. She is bringing together a Consulting community of more than 150 people across UK & Ireland to strengthen capabilities, improve client delivery, and create knowledge networks for teams on the client account.
Outside of work, Chloe is an ambassador for Bayes Business School (City University, London) and has helped more than 30 MBA students find career opportunities in the consultancy profession, driven by her belief in consultancy as a force for good with a strong social purpose.
