Katy transferred to consulting five years ago, following a ten-year career in the Civil Service. She took her foundation of critical thinking, communication, and influencing skills and built on them through a wide range of consulting assignments within the Defence, National Security, and Law Enforcement sectors.
Now a Senior Manager within Management Consulting, she is a respected leading consultant, delivering projects end-to-end, and heading up teams to deliver great results to clients. She performs a number of internal roles such as leading for Management Consulting on upholding high standards and fairness in recruitment; as a Career Manager; and as a Business Change trainer.
She actively supports equity, diversity and inclusion in her internal and external work, ensuring this golden thread is embedded into what she does day-to-day.
