Rising Star
Growing up in a low-income household, Lucinda is acutely aware of the cost-of-living challenges facing UK citizens, especially around utility bills. This lived experience has spurred her on in her goal of contributing to a vision of a carbon-net-zero future that is accessible and affordable for all. As a Rising Star at EY, Lucinda has been using her platform as a consultant to do just that. She is adept at building exceptional client rapport, while her critical thinking is helping deliver net-zero solutions that are already making lasting impacts.
After just three months at the firm, Lucinda authored a thought leadership paper detailing a unique financing initiative for a local authority. This paper is now being presented to similar organisations nationwide.
Lucinda leads a workstream in one of the greatest energy transformation solutions of the last decade – the Future System Operator (FSO) programme – which will echo for generations to come.
She is a key player in numerous EY initiatives (such as the firm’s new Operations for net-zero sub-competency) and plays a big role in sharing thought leadership around net-zero. In addition, Lucinda champions wellbeing and inclusion, and is involved in various other EY initiatives in this area.
