Rising Star
With a background in Engineering and Design Thinking, Luke began his career in nuclear construction and soon realised the people-centred problems were what inspired him over engineering. He approaches consulting projects and problems with a different, creative perspective. For example, by going through his clients onboarding process himself to identify pain-points to inform an onboarding project’s requirements.
Luke makes an impact outside of his client priorities by proactively furthering internal efforts to improve sustainability and DE&I, areas the company is passionate about. He initiated, and is project managing, the consultancy’s B-Corp certification, legally committing to a triple bottom line, taking not only profit, but also people and the planet into account when making decisions.
He is certified in Design Thinking methodologies and co-developed and delivered a course internally to share his passion for how these methodologies can improve consulting work.
Externally, he is passionate about bringing digital transformation to the healthcare industry, having had challenging personal experience transitioning to adult healthcare. He is speaking at an international conference in May with the aim of inspiring the industry to make positive change towards humanising healthcare.
He has fostered strong relationships internally and with clients, becoming a trusted advisor to multiple capacities and would be honoured to be awarded Rising Star.
