Cadence Innova Ltd joins the MCA

The MCA is delighted to announce that Cadence Innova Ltd has recently joined the Association.

Cadence Innova Ltd began in 2007 as the Cadence Partnership. The firm is independent and has a growing team of employed consultants, known as members of Cadence. As multi-skilled change consultants, the firm works across the private and public sectors, with clients across Education, Justice and Security, Transport and Infrastructure, Health Housing and Communities, central Government, Financial Services and private sector Suppliers to Government.

Cadence Innova is owned by its members where over half of the workforce is female as is three quarters of the leadership team.  A significant number of Cadence members are working parents, where flexible hours help maintain a sustainable work-life balance.
