EY’s CEO Imperative study, which surveyed 305 chief executives of Forbes Global 2000 companies, has revealed that while leaders intend to transform their organisations, they face key capability and execution gaps.
These range from incomplete digital transformation projects not generating long-term value, data and data trust shortfalls threatening investments, non-agile organisational structures and slow investment in ecosystems.
